The stay was good and the price per night was what we liked most. The location found the hotel to be somewhat hidden and the taxi driver was also surprised to know that the hotel was there. The room was clean. I've been to several hotels around the world and the hotel lacked something different. Maybe something to enjoy in the room, a cookie or something similar as a courtesy. Normally in the hotels where I stayed, the minibar has things to eat and drink where what is consumed is charged separately in my minibar there was only a bottle of water. I don't mind paying the extra but I like the convenience of having something there. But the hotel is good and I would go back again when possible. Another thing that pleased and surprised me was that there was no charge at the time of booking with the credit card and the trust of paying by hand. Thank you for your trust. Beds extremely comfortable, staff extremely helpful, lots of free and included amenities (breakfast, shuttle bus to airport, reception will call taxi for you, loads of mangs to borrow and read, free toiletries/tea/coffee in the lobby, clean robes to borrow), rooms extremely clean, free wifi, lovely shower, rooms spacious and over all nice and luxury atmosphere without an insane price tag and added bonus of being by the airport

This was the nicest hotel I stayed in, in Japan this trip and was conveniently located near Itami/Osaka airport which is why we booked it. I was thankful the reviews gave me advance notice that it was a "love hotel."

Definitely a great spot for a short stay if you’re traveling in and out of Itami airport Futon beds were comfortable and kitchen amenities were great. Lots of snacks and coffee/tea offered for free

Reftel Osaka Itami Airport Hotel se nachází v Ikedě, 5 km od zoo Satsukiyama, a nabízí ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi. It is located at 10 minutes walking distance to the airport, and yes, you can enter by walking. Everything was very organized and clean. Check in-out is done through a machine, so no staff, but it worked perfectly. Recommended if you need to take an early flight from Itami airport.

They even offered to make breakfast before their usual time because my flight was going so early. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is very clean. Giant bathtub was very nice.
