The stay was good and the price per night was what we liked most. The location found the hotel to be somewhat hidden and the taxi driver was also surprised to know that the hotel was there. The room was clean. I've been to several hotels around the world and the hotel lacked something different. Maybe something to enjoy in the room, a cookie or something similar as a courtesy. Normally in the hotels where I stayed, the minibar has things to eat and drink where what is consumed is charged separately in my minibar there was only a bottle of water. I don't mind paying the extra but I like the convenience of having something there. But the hotel is good and I would go back again when possible. Another thing that pleased and surprised me was that there was no charge at the time of booking with the credit card and the trust of paying by hand. Thank you for your trust. Some of them may not very good at English but they are trying to communicate with me. They even lended me a phone charger because my plug can not fit the typical Japanese electric port.

It was very spacious, and had all the items one would need. The staff was very professional and helpful. There were clear guides for what to do, and there was also a manual included. The positioning is great, only a short walk from the airport.

Reftel Osaka Itami Airport Hotel se nachází v Ikedě, 5 km od zoo Satsukiyama, a nabízí ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi. It is located at 10 minutes walking distance to the airport, and yes, you can enter by walking. Everything was very organized and clean. Check in-out is done through a machine, so no staff, but it worked perfectly. Recommended if you need to take an early flight from Itami airport.

We went there as a couple since its very close to the airport, not knowing it is a love hotel. We are really surprised, it was an amazing experience. We had no idea what kind of hotel it was. The staff did not speak English, but they were soooo friendly and helpful, in their own way. The hotel rooms are big, and over equipped. You have everything to feel yourself comfortable. They even bring your breakfast to your room. I would stay here again, I definetly recommend it!
