The highlight of this place (besides the excellent beers obviously..) is the general vibe and how nice everybody is ! The rooms are nice and big, the brewery itself is super small but brings a lot of locals during the evening. The staff is super welcoming. I highly recommend !

The breakfast, as others have said, is very exceptional (seafood based so not vegetarian). I guess the host was a chef or something of the sort for 30 years. The facilities were clean, and there were no problems. It was a convenient location for us because there were fireworks nearby on the night of our stay.

The Hostel is in a nice neighbourhood with old houses. I had a beautiful spacious tatami room. Very friendly and helpful host!

The room was spacious with a big bathroom. The hotel provides lots of toiletries to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was delivered to the room in the morning.

The owner is an artist in his soul and has created an environment that envelopes you in a the essence of Japan. There are two Japanese gardens complete with Koi fish you are invited to feed. There is a large living area besides the large bedroom that is yours to enjoy. The property is in the a quiet neighborhood with local restaurants within 3 or 4 blocks. Across the street is a manga library that you can explore. It’s all so gentle and accessible. I highly recommend you find this to answer your question as to what is Japan without the hype! Enjoy!!

旧鈴木邸 女性専用 se nachází v destinaci Macujama a poskytuje zahradu, bezplatné Wi-Fi, sdílenou kuchyň a sdílený lounge. Minatomishimadaimyo Shrine se nachází 2,1 km odtud. The place was lovely. It was like stepping back in time. The host, Maiyu, and her husband were super friendly. They own a cafe downstairs where she serves very delicious traditional dessert. The town itself was lovely as well. It's traditional bedding (so futon on the floor) and even though there was no AC at night, the cross breeze from some of the open windows, as well as the fans, made the room surprisingly cool. No mosquitos either!

Hotel Aisul Matsuyama se nachází jen 3 minuty chůze od nádraží JR Matsuyama a 10 minut jízdy tramvají od hradu Matsuyama. Hotel je vzdálen 15 minut jízdy od letiště Matsuyama. Stayed in the hotel as part of a solo walking henro trip. Everything was good with this hotel stay- room ws fine, clean and comfortable. Location near the Matsyama JR station was convinient. As with other hotels had to wait till the checkin time so was able to leave my backpack and walk around the area. When I returned they have already moved my backpack to the room (nice).

Just a minute’s walk from JR Matsuyama Station, Terminal Hotel Matsuyama houses a restaurant and offers Western-style rooms with free Wi-Fi. Free bicycle rentals are provided. Staff, location and cleanliness were 100%! Couldn't ask for more, had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it. Grateful for the discount to the super sento (bath) across the road too.
