The location inside the airport is very convenient for those who depart early in the morning. The electrical plugs inside the capsules are not really working well, but otherwise everything is comfortable and very clean.

The shuttle from the thermal and back arrived exactly on time. Beautiful view from the room window, big choice of delicious tea in the room. Several our luggage items been sent from another hotel was delayed, but the hotel staff fixed everything within 40 minutes. "Family Mart" grocery located in the lobby and has more choice of products than city branches.

Staff was very helpful and even tho they didnt speak english, they used a translating app which allowed them to easily communicate with me. The lady at the front desk even drew me a map, so i could find my way back to the airport. Seriously, very helpful personnel.
