ibis Budget Auckland Airport boasts the essentials for a short stopover in the airport vicinity. Lovely, quiet room. Just needed a bed for the night and was comfortable with all the amenities included. Biscuits were lovely and tea caddy was much appreciated. Staff helped with airport bus and were really pleasant to deal with!

Sudima Auckland Airport is 5 minutes drive from Manakau Harbour and Butterfly Creek and 15 minutes drive from Rainbow’s End. Auckland’s City Centre is a 30 minute drive away. Good sized room. Nice beds. Easy parking. Close to airport parking. Lovely handwash lotions. Easy check in.

It was our first interaction with New Zealand, they are all so easy going, they provide almost anything you want: nice reception staff, shuttle bus for airport and even at groceries shop nearby if you need, the pool, even if it is in the parking lot,it is great after a long flight. We were really impressed with the airport shuttle service that runs from the hotel - at no extra cost. This will definitely be where we book from now on when we need a stop over between flights.
