Die Unterkunft Hotel Vitoria bietet ein Fitnesscenter, eine Gemeinschaftslounge, ein Restaurant und eine Bar in São Tomé. This hotel is a perfect location just beside the airport. Eventhough for some it seems like walking distance, I do not recommend this on arrival, especially if your flight is late and it is dark outside. Rather take one of the cabs as you may miss it as tge sign is facing the side not seen from the airport. Rooms are big and comfy with aircon working perfectly. Hot water was always available. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient and fresh. The highlight is definitelly the staff, that was really taking care and helping with our request. When the road to capital was closed due to bridge reconstruction, they even paid a motorbike to lead us the right way :)

Es ist ein Familienbetrieb und Herr Alberto Simão sowie seine Familie waren sehr um uns bemüht. Das Frühstück war lecker und am Abend haben die Damen für uns ein vorzügliches Essen vorbereitet. Die Pension liegt in Fußnähe zum Flughafen und von der Terrasse kann man nicht nur die wenigen Flüge bei Start und Landung sehen, sondern auch das Meer und Ilhas das Cabras. Herr Simão hat uns sogar um 5 Uhr morgens zum Flughafen gebracht.

Location was wonderful. Laurindo took care of the transfers as it is impossible to use a rental car to get there, and took us, for a fee, to town for dinner one night. There was no charge for our transfer from and to the airport. Laurendino also took us to a supermarket before taking us to the Ocean View. One needs to get groceries. He also was kind to arrange two boat trips to Goat Island. We were lucky to have the whole Guesthouse including the kitchen for ourselves. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Laurendino!

The grounds were beautiful. The place was clean and comfortable. The pool so refreshing and peaceful - perfect for cooling off each night. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Kitchen access was very convenient for preparing meals, along with a nice dining and living room area for relaxing, or socializing with other guests. Luis was always available to address any issues or answer any questions. We were able to keep our bags safely locked at the House while venturing over to Principe for 5 days, then return for another 3 days’ stay at Casa Luis. Luis made our trip to São Tomé seamless, pleasant and memorable.
