My elderly mother was flying to visit us and had an overnight layover. She doesn’t speak English, so we were very lucky that the hotel staff was incredibly helpful. One of the receptionists even spoke Russian. They took great care of her, helped her with everything, and made her feel comfortable. Thank you so much for your kindness and support!

Skyport Istanbul Hotel is set in the Pendik district of Istanbul, 36 km from Maiden's Tower, 39 km from Dolmabahce Palace and 40 km from Dolmabahce Clock Tower. We stayed for a few hours between the flights. Stay was comfortable. we reached by 6.30 am however had to wait till 8.30 for the room to be ready. Hotel charged as abt 30 % of the room rent as extra, for the early check in. Thanks to Miss Nehir for her help. The room was comfortable and clean. There are supermarket and shops nearby.

I accidentally booked a different day than I was supposed to, but the receptionist there called the manager of the hotel and he fixed it for me without overcharging. So my problem got fixed free of charge and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the hotel room was very clean.
