The pool is excellent, the bar area is so nice and you could just relax there for ages! The dinner was great - although big portions!

Everyone at Kita Kiblu is so kind, welcoming and fun; when my travel plans changed last minute I was welcomed back as a friend and I very much hope to visit again soon. As a solo traveller, it was very easy to socialize with guests due to the friendly vibes, lovely bar with views of the sunset and the communal dining. The food at lunch and dinner was excellent and incredibly good value - we had a three course dinner including fresh fish every day and vegetarian guests are well catered-for. My room was very cute and the outdoor shower is lovely. The whale shark encounters were very well-run and Luka, the whale shark interns and the boat crew ensured we had a good experience. The manager Betty works so hard to look after everyone and creates a very special atmosphere on Mafia Island. Eva and the reception staff were super friendly and really helpful! It’s a beautiful serene place with a beautiful pool area and delicious food as well as great apartments. The people working here are super friendly, beyond kind and helpful. Even during a medical emergency they remained calm and supportive.
