I cannot believe the kindness and warmth with which I was received and treated from the minute I entered the doors. Ever single member of staff I interacted with was amazing and lovely - reception, door staff, breakfast staff, cleaning staff, maintenance, shuttle drivers, literally everyone. I was there as a bit of a pit stop transitioning as part of my relocation out of NYC so I was naturally a bit pensive and maybe a bit sad and their warm reception was EVERYTHING! I had also just returned from a work trip from Korea so I had a suitcase full of clothes that needed to be laundered and I made use of the laundry room with complimentary detergent from the front office. The manager gave me late check out as my next flight to Switzerland was late in the evening and I really appreciated it. Thank you so much Residence Inn. You made my final stay in NYC so memorable. Thank you for your kindness ❤️
