Ontario Gateway Hotel features on-site restaurants and provides a free airport shuttle. Guest rooms offer a flat-screen cable TV. The Ontario Convention Center is across the street. I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference, as it was recommended by the company — and overall, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is clean, well-organized, and in a perfect location — right across the street from the conference venue, which made things incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge plus. That said, it would have been even better if the hotel offered complimentary breakfast. Also, the elevator could use some updates — it felt a bit slow and not very efficient. Still, I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers or conference attendees.

The room was nice, good size, and comfortable bed. I have also appreciated free parking. The only part what did not meet my expectations was the pool. In the description it says the pool is heated, while it was obviously not heated. The small hot tube was heated but still too cold to use. Besides this the hotel was fine and I was satisfied.

This property appeared to be a halfway house for recently paroled individuals that were awaiting permanent housing accommodations. I really enjoy visiting Ontario CA. They have many places to shop at, kind people around the city, and have many beautiful views. My favorite spots where going to the golf course they have, the parks, and the food. I ate a pizza from 7 eleven on fourth and baker, which the pizza was so good 👍. Getting around Ontario CA is so easy.

this place was a dump.
this place was a dump. without exxageration. there was one employee trying to run this 100 room facility. location was secluded and 100 feet away from rail road tracks which was used all night long by freight trains. our room actually had a old wood table with a broken leg. the 2 chairs were so old and dirty you couldnt tell the color. the bathroom was clean but the sheets and towels were old and had holes.

Ontario is a very nice city to visit. Being the main city for the Ontario International Airport, the Ontario Mills Mall and the Ontario Convention Center. There is always something to do while visiting Ontario California.

Look if you’re unfamiliar with the area here are some examples of what you might expect : . It is ghetto . People can be scary . abundance of crackheads - (means lock your doors / windows etc.) - (still not as bad as San Bernardino though for real) - the night shift front desk person dgaf. Generally sketch vibes, roach motels, don’t expect to get any sleep at night because your motel next door neighbor is gonna be testing out his new ryobi impact drill that his homie just traded him for a dub of skante and some bud (outdoor) . Then the walls are thin so you can hear all the motel next door neighbors doing the George Michaels, if you know what I mean , all through the mf night. and you’ll end up just sitting in the dark, roachs are crawling, feels like someone is watching you in your room, homless people are just gonna open your door and come in if you leave it unlocked I’m not even kidding
