Less than 1 km away from O'Hare International Airport and providing airport transfers. M. The hotel is close to the airport and there is an airport shuttle every 30 minutes. The driver is extremely nice. So I used the airport shuttle to go from the hotel to the blue line train station at Terminal 2 at the airport in order to travel to downtown Chicago. The room on the 9th floor had beautiful views just as I had requested. In the room there is a microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and a kitchen sink. There is a TV set in the living room and another one in the bedroom. Near the hotel there is McDonald's and a 7-Eleven convenience shop. The front-desk staff at the hotel were fabulous!

The pillows were excellent. I also liked that the shampoo and soap products were Dove. Our flight was delayed so we didn't check in until 1 am. I asked for a courtesy late check out and was given the maximum. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
