Plattsburgh International Airport is 8.5 km from this hotel in New York. Guest rooms with free WiFi and cable TV. Everything from the moment I arrived was amazing. The staff was more than helpful, I dealt with four different people during my stay and each one of them were professional, polite, friendly, etc… that is not some thing I’ve experienced in any hotel. I arrived before check-in and asked if there was a bathroom type place where I could freshen up change my clothes, etc. before meeting my family and friends for lunch. It had been a 5 1/2 hour drive. Thankfully, she was able to check me in two hours early. I wouldn’t have ever thought I would get in my room early. Then I had left a note at the front desk that night asking if there was any type of a late check out that I could get and I was willing to pay. The front desk called my room to tell me that I could absolutely have a late check out for free. I travel quite a bit all over the place and never have I been so pleased with every single aspect of my stay. From the parking, the staff, the clean super comfortable room, just everything. I look forward to staying there again.
