I also appreciate the staff. They were amazing. They helped with obtain a last minute taxi, were more than willing to answer any question I had, were extremely friendly, and they spoke English!

We really appreciated the ride back to the train station with a lovely sightseeing stop en route. Margilan was an excellent base to visit the silk factory, bazaar and the Ceramic Centre in Rishton.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the chance to meet two young receptionists who were extremely nice and spoke excellent English. When we were an hour late for breakfast, one of them still managed to arrange it for us, and the other was very helpful in organizing a trip to textile shops and arranging taxis. We were really impressed by how well they spoke English and how well-mannered they were! Our room was large and spacious, clean, with a big bathroom, air conditioning, and all the amenities such as TV, kettle, cups, plates, bottled water, snacks, fridge, hairdryer, disposable toothbrushes, coffee, tea, and even cotton buds. To sum up, we would be happy to return to this hotel during our next visit to Margilan.
