All-Inclusive Stays in Sunny Beach

Perfect location - first line, on the Promenade, right next to the beach and at the centre of resort. Spotless clean. The rooms are large and bright, cozy furnished, with very comfortable beds. Amazing sea view. Very good quality of service. Good variety of local and international cuisine food and drinks. I will definitely be back at Neptun Beach Hotel!

Location is great, near beach, food was very good

We are extremely satisfied with the handling, the comfort and the amazing hygiene of the hotel. Especially from the main manager of the hotel Mrs. Ralitsa Kotova. You have achieved a world-class in dealing with guests. We reserved 5 rooms and everything was wonderful. With pleasure we will visit it again next year. MANY THANKS TO MRS. KOTOVA!!!

The hotel had plenty of amenities and lots of activities for the children to join in with. The restaurant was well stocked with plenty of variety in the menu. Every single member of staff said 'hello' as we passed them. The cleaner for our room was incredible, she kept the room very clean and tidy.

The staff is very kind, smiling and helpful. The food was impeccable and varied. The beach is really a 5-minute walk away. The pool was constantly at our disposal, and there were interesting programs every day.

Nice and clean nice food and they also gave us a bottle of champagne as it was our honeymoon.

We recently stayed at Hotel MPM Kalina Garden in Bulgaria and had a very pleasant experience overall. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how smoothly everything went — we were allowed to check in before 2 PM, which was a great start. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a functional mini fridge, hairdryer, and very efficient air conditioning that kept the room cool throughout the day. On the bed, we found a thoughtful welcome gift: two rose water face lotions, which added a nice personal touch. The bathroom was stocked with essentials like shower gel, shampoo, and shower caps, all refreshed as needed. The generous balcony offered a lovely view of the pool, and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water branded with MPM Kalina, which was replenished during our stay. Housekeeping was available daily upon request— cleaning staff members would ask if we needed their services and provide extra water or toiletries as needed. You could also simply hang a service sign on the door, which made it easy to manage. Meals were consistent and diverse, offering a great variety of options including fresh salads, pasta and potato dishes, pickled vegetables, two kinds of soups at lunch and dinner, grilled meats, hot dishes, breads, desserts, and seasonal fruits. The premium bar was a real highlight, with a wide selection of alcoholic drinks. Although the bar in the restaurant itself was more limited (mainly beer, wine, and soft drinks), and the snack bar offered only certain cocktails and spirits, the overall beverage selection was satisfying. Staff in the restaurant were quick to clear and clean tables, and we really appreciated the managers personally greeting guests at the entrance. A special mention goes to the animation team, who were constantly cheerful and engaging. They always had something planned to keep guests entertained, whether it was pool games, gymnastics sessions, yoga, dance lessons, karaoke.

Everything was more than exceptional! Nothing but good words, and I cannot recommend it enough. As a matter of fact, as I am writing, we are still in the room as we bought an extra day this morning because we didn't want to go home 🤣 Starting with the staff, I don't know if they are regulars in this hotel or only for the summer time but they deserve all the credit as they are working really hard and try to make everyone feel welcome. The food is really good we don't have one bad word about it. You have plenty to choose from, and the quality a d quantity of it is something to remember 🤣 The drinks again, plenty of then and even quality ones, not like I have read other comments saying it is only local ones. You have local + international, so stop complaining 🤣 While staying here, it was my birthday, and when we were back in the room at lunchtime, we found a bottle of sparkling wine from the reception and a birthday card... something that really brightens your day !!! Thanks a lot for that surprise !!!

We loved out stay - most of al, the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food (a lot of healthy options for children), comfortable room and a big shower room. We had no problem parking near the property, but private parking is available on site as well.
