The resort is amazing and all thr stuff are super friendly. The housekeeper Mr Yousef Ahmed went above and beyond making us laugh with his funny designs with the towels. Mr Hussam Abd El Aziz, Mr Mohammed Ehab and Mr Ahmed, the reception staff were wonderful; check in was super easy, they even helped us keep a surprise for family travelling with us. The staff in the lobby cafe, the best coffee in resort! Mr Bolous Beshay and the team in the Golden lounge help arrange a surprise for our dad’s birthday which really made his day. Mr Romany Nabil and the staff in the Alfredo buffet, always made sure the table was clean always asking if we need anything , their good gesture made our stay absolutely amazing.

Super clean and modern, the most friendly and helpful staff. We upgraded to a swim up suite and it was the best decision, especially having the people at the posh club take care of us.

I don’t often leave reviews but I feel compelled to do so because this resort was perfect! We upgraded to the execute suite and having our own private pool was amazing but in all honesty we didn’t really need it because the hotel pools were all great too. The food was incredible in all the restaurants we tried - but you must reserve at the non-buffet restaurants in advance. The hotel staff were exceptional and extremely friendly which made our stay even better. We will definitely come back in the future.
