Hiathiam at the reception helped us a lot. We had such a good time. customer service is exceptional. We also loved the restaurants especially the a la carte shellfish restaurant. Waiters always coming to your table and serving drinks. Perfect place to relax. the house reef is superb. You can do snorkel and see many fish.

I recently had the pleasure of vacationing at this delightful resort, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the reception manager, Mr. Mahmoud Amer, warmly welcomed us and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Throughout our time here, it was evident that the entire staff genuinely cared about our well-being. I must highlight the exceptional service provided by the restaurant manager, Mr. Mohamed Abdallah, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was impeccable. Likewise, from the bar, Mr. Hany, was incredibly attentive, always checking in to ensure our satisfaction. Ahmed from the diving centre impressed us with his generosity and genuine hospitality. The housekeeping staff surprised us with thoughtful touches, while Osama, the lifeguard, displayed unwavering kindness and professionalism. The hardworking waiters, including Zezo and Abdo, were always eager to assist, making us feel truly valued. Special mention must go to Mr. Sameh from the restaurant, whose politeness and kindness were truly appreciated. Moreover, the resort itself is a haven of tranquillity. The pool and beach areas are meticulously maintained, offering a serene environment to unwind. Our room was immaculate, well-equipped, and met all our needs. The culinary offerings were exquisite, with a diverse menu that tantalized our taste buds. Additionally, exploring the beautiful coral reef and vibrant marine life added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. In summary, this resort is a gem that exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The attentive staff, pristine surroundings, and outstanding amenities make it a destination worth revisiting. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were doing their best. Great choice of meals . Everything fresh and tasty. Also good quality food products, which is not so obvious in hotels. Nice beach, lots of pools, even with warm water. Well equipped gym, sauna and jaquzzi. Quite large area which is designed in a way that you just don’t see other people if there are many of them. Everyone can have a place for oneself. Nice animation team. They do their job but without being too pushy. Water in the room all the time, do you dont habe to ask for any additional bottles . Lots of bars with drinks and snacks. We had a really nice stay.

Great value for money! This place truly exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was tasty with a good variety every day. The beach was also beautiful and well-kept. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

Enclosed between the Red Sea and the Eastern Desert the resort is an immense garden, with green lawns, trees, a few cacti, many date palms, and abundance of flowers: hundreds of meters of flower beds, several flowery hedges. Interspersed by swimming pools, bars offering drinks and snacks, pavilions with guest rooms, the lawns host white birds loitering and flying around (Egret, Heron family). Egyptian sun supplied 10 hours/day. The sandy beach is provided with sunshades and beach chairs, a long jetty facilitates access to deeper waters for snorkelers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable: nice furniture, large desk, big cupboard, modern plumbing, minibar, electric kettle, large flat-screen TV. Perfect maintenance. Tasty international cuisine, in all-inclusive meal-plan, is completed by snacks available between the main meals. The plan does include alcoholic drinks (beer, wine (Egyptian products), liquor, cocktails). The personnel, at all levels, is competent, efficient and friendly. I enjoyed my stay immensely and, for the next trip to the Red Sea, I certainly will choose the Royal Brayka Resort again.

Portofino exceeded our expectations since we entered the property. The resort is very nice, large and very well maintained. Everything is clean, and the staff is very friendly and caring. As soon as we arrived, Mostafa helped us through our stay and made sure we were not missing anything and all was perfect. It sincerely was. He did a great job in making sure our stay was fantastic. I have a been in various resort around the Mediterranean, and this is definitely the best one. The pool (where some are heated) are very fun and well adapted for the kids. Ours are 3 and 6 and they enjoyed it a lot. The food in the various restaurants is well above what you could expect in "all in" resorts. They make sure is it varied everyday and you can find everything you need. You have different choice of where to go for lunch or dinner, depending if you are in the aqua park or near the beach. There are bicycle everywhere in the resort you can use to move from one place to another, this is very convenient as the resort is very wide.

Amazing location for diving or snorkeling, beach located on a bay, protected from waves by the wonderful coral reef. Italian Chef, the food was good for an all inclusive formula. Rooms spacious and clean. Super friendly and available staff. Very recommended!
