I like all the place ,the hotel itself, the transportation,the food from breakfast to dinner and the 10 PM snacks, most specially the staff all receptionist, and most most Gabriel in the restaurant theres this one lady a waitress i forgot her name a friend of gabriel she was so nice and very friendly and very approachable.. in short my family and me are soooooooo satisfied.❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff were the most friendly and helpful in everything we needed. Have not experienced this level of service before. The rooms spacious and very comfortable. The design of the room was stunning. The breakfast was great and very diverse, it was nice that you could also eat on the terrace. We had a big, modern room that was cleaned every day. Location is great, only 5-10 min walk to the beach and bus station nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful every time we needed something.

The hotel is located in the quite area of Playa de Palma but close to restaurants and bars on the promenade. We had a room at the 9th floor with an absolutely great view to the sea towards Arenal. The room is big enough, very clean and modern, recently refurbished. It was our second time in this hotel and we would definetly come back anytime. The breakfast si good, almost the same everyday but with plenty of choices so you can find everyday something you like to eat. The stuff is great, almost all of them speak English and they are very nice and responsive all the time.
