The Hotel is a real 5 stars, with extraordinary facilities! Since we arrived, they welcomed us with champagne and offered us the access to all the facilities even if the room wasn’t yet ready (arrived around 11 am). We had a sea view room with astonishing views, extremely clean and very beautiful style. The hotel is amazing, situated on the edge of a cliff, very nice architecture, modern look but classy at the same time. They also have access to a beach (the water is very clean). The food is very good! Very tasty and diverse, amazing sweets, and there are also the a la carte restaurants. Also the drinks are very good (imported, not local), bartenders are professionals, high quality products, from coffee to spirits or cocktails. The Staff is also professional, everyone is kind, polite, well trained and they really do their best to make you happy. The pools are great, with clear salted water, and bars around. I can say it’s the best hotel we’ve been in the whole Greece (not only Crete), and we saw more than 10 5 stars hotels in Greece till now. There is nothing I didn’t like, this is a truly 5 stars! 10 of 10 from me, and will come again for sure!

Our stay at Panorama was great. We got a room upgrade as we were on a honeymoon. View was amazing. Good food and plenty of choices for everyone. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially lovely Irene. Hotel has a large parking. Pools were not too crowded. Will stay again.

We spent 2 days and we absolutely loved it! It was our last stop before our leave at the Heraklion airport and it was the perfect ending to our vacation. The front desk was super welcoming and helpful! They gave us so many nice recommendations, definitely go to Agia Pelagia is very close. The food was delicious and varied from what we can see in 2 days. The fruits were local sourced and they were very fresh and tasty! The rooms were simple and very clean, and the bed was super comfy. We even got to stay for the live music evening! The cocktails were delicious and the atmosphere was perfect! We will definitely come back and stay more!

Sofoklis, the manager of the hotel, is the highlight of our stay. He ensured that we were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. He and the staff were moving around non stop to care for the customers. The food was good, hotel amenities were great too! Beautiful private beach for the hotel and a lovely pool to swim and lounge around The hotel is right in front of the bus stop to town so it was easy enough to go around
