So many things to like! For starters we got a room upgrade which made things so much better for our stay. Every member of staff were friendly and helpful especially at reception and the bar. The all inclusive option was well worth it, highly recommend for families. We were able to use some of the facilities at the hotel right opposite which was lovely. Decent variety of food and drinks. The location was also perfect, lots of shops and restaurants around and only 20-25 mins drive to Chania town.

Excellent hotel both for its facilities and staff. Amazing breakfast with great variety of choises for all tastes - complementary fresh orange juice and all types of coffees. Professionalism and hospitality of the staff were beyond all expectations. The room was really spacious with all necessary needed. Overall an unforgatable experience. Mr. George Operation's Manager as well as Alexandra, Roula and all the staff was really helpful and hospitable. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!

Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a stunning view that made every morning special. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate, which we really appreciated. The pool and surrounding areas are perfect for relaxation, with plenty of sunbeds and a peaceful environment. The private beach is also just a short walk away, offering a great balance of poolside and seaside leisure. One of the highlights was definitely the food. The variety and quality at the restaurant exceeded our expectations – everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Breakfasts were generous, and dinners offered both local specialties and international dishes. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and professional, always ready with a smile or helpful recommendation. They made us feel truly welcome and added a personal touch to our holiday. The facilities were great. The Staff were friendly and helpful. kids had an amazing Time between the pool and the Kids Club. Although it had a lot of costumers, it did not feel crowded and one can still find free Sun beds. The food was great.
