I highly recommend this hotel. First of all because they have created a paradise for children. From the swimming pools that are dedicated to children to the shows created especially for them. Effectively everything has been designed to perfection for the little ones. 2ndly I thank from the bottom of my heart my assistant Halil Saka who answered any request or question I had. He was there 24 hours a day for us, he worked even on his day off to make sure that our departure was well organized. Thanks also to chef Mehmet at the steak lounge who prepared the tastiest dishes for us! And of course the lady who cleaned us every morning! for an unforgettable experience I recommend the Lagon suites! a small recommendation-> it would be super to leave the a la carte restaurants until 12 midnight, because it interferes with the activities and shows for the little ones, and sometimes you have to choose between going to the show with the little ones or eating at one of the delicious restaurants ! thank you Kaya Palazzo

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and it was a wonderful stay! The service was top notch - the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was large (Royal), clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the sea. The restaurants are super: a large selection of dishes and drinks, everything is fresh and tasty. Fast Internet access, fitness room, tennis, bowling, laser tag, archery and many other activities. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely come back again

It is a perfect hotel. Delicious cuisine, very comfortable rooms. All the rooms are perfectly well equipped, even small details are thought out! Entertainment for children is beyond all praises. Special thanks to Dimitri who made all the activities bright, funny and friendly. Guest relations is extremely friendly and helps to solve even small challenges. Heated pool is great! Spa is very comfortable. We hope to return again!

Very well organised facility , clean , all staff members very attentive and nice . Lovely view from our rooms , had a small issue with the room card that was resolved immediately after a call that I received to check on our stay . All facilities in the Hotel were fantastic, the hair salon , the staff at the water sports, the photographer Harun , very professional, funny and made our session really funny (we love our album and he left us with very professional pictures ). I was pleased to see majority of the staff were Turkish which even if at times made conversation a bit difficult they provided us with an excellent Turkish hospitality! I highly recommend this facility!!!
