Even the extra services they offered us which was normally extra charge but they gifted us. Mr Haitham Ali was the guy who took care of all our booking process and needs excellently. The best part was the convenient layout - all the key facilities and amenities were located very close to each other. The food quality was fantastic, with delicious meals at the hotel restaurant. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Sunrise Tucana and would highly recommend it. The convenient property, excellent food, and friendly service made for an excellent visit.

Located in Hurghada, 41 km from Hurghada Grand Aquarium, Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Phenomenal hotel, staff and location. The beach was so calm and pristine. The beach was calm and warm enough for my 3 and 7 year old children. I cam with my entire family from Canada. We will be back for sure next year. The food was out of this world for every meal. The rooms were so nice and well designed. Everything about this resort I loved and I cannot say that about any resort that I have ever been to.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The accommodations were comfortable, spotless, and offered stunning views of the beach. One detail I particularly appreciated was how the resort maintained cleanliness - the tables/chairs in the restaurants were cleaned with water and soap, which really stood out to me. It’s clear that they prioritize hygiene and guest comfort. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The guest relation soecuallt mrs Zahra speaking good English, and being so helpful and understanding, they provided you a very good start and helped us with lost belongings, clean room, upgraded to Seaview, great food and the best entertainment through the whole stay

Featuring a free private beach area, SUNRISE Crystal Bay Resort -Grand Select-Grand Select- is a 5-star resort in Hurghada that provides luxurious accommodation. Amazing hospitality and service. the reception was very smooth and we got helped with a free-ground floor room upgrade. Club car was always available when we needed. The beach is so charming and clean. The food was delicious and so many options including deserts, I'd like to point out the Mangal restaurant for house grills. I had the best mixed grills in a very long time. Highly recommended! The staff was amazing. This was my 2nd visit and I'll definitely come back in the future.
