Everything, because it was a well situated place with everything on our disposal. The cleanliness, the people who work there, the food and the relaxing zones and everything was over the expectations. We would like to came back!

The hotel was so lovely and very comfortable. The room, the bed and the linen. The hotel staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful. Everyone served us with a smile. Excellent restaurant, service and food. Truly loved our stay which was super nice. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I hope that we will return one day.

Looking over Alcúdia Bay, this holiday hotel is set beside sand dunes and pine forests and in front of sands and Mediterranean waters. The location of the hotel was perfect combination of access to local amenities as well as peace and quiet. The staff was forthcoming and friendly, even set us up with dinner after hours as our flight was delayed. 😊

LOVED our stay at Sunprime Pollensa Bay. This hotel has it all - spacious rooms, friendly and professional staff, beachfront and buffees with amazing selection of food and goods. Really appreciated the little welcome snacks and wine in the room. Would 100% recommend and come back!
