The room was spotless, the bathroom was perfectly spacious and the pools were amazing super clean and relaxing. The food at the restaurant was also delicious, with great variety and fresh options. Everything felt thoughtfully done and genuinely welcoming.

Aimed at guests over 18 years, Gran Hotel Flamingo-Adults Only older 18 years old is located just 150 metres from Lloret Beach. The staff was very nice. I didn't know the rooftop pool was reserved for people who opted for expensive suites on top floor while booking. I politely asked them in a message how I can upgrade, and the lady at the desk was kind enough to offer me a complimentary access to the rooftop. Amazing experience.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The variety and the quality of food was great. The room was clean and spacious. There were many activities for the kids. Definitely a place worth visiting again!

The hotel is close to the beach, the city center and close to the bus station. The staff very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, the sea view was amazing.
