Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali is a tropical haven nestled at the tip of Tanjung Benoa's stunning Nusa Dua Beach, just a 15-minute drive from Ngurah Rai Airport. The hotel - Family Paradise - is really compact so kids can safely roam around and between the zones. The rooms are recently renovated hence feel fresh. Pretty decent kids club with a few gaming stations, projector, and other activities such as boxing ring, table pool, basketball. There’s also a labyrinth and some sort of indoor playground for younger ones; we didn’t check it as our 8 yo was more interested in the other part. Pool with a slide and a small water park in another pool. Housekeeping is very good. Many restaurants along the street, with one of them being the best I’ve visited on the island. (Not affiliated with the hotel). Also supermarkets, laundries, money exchange, and everything you might need while on vacation.

Nádherný hotel a vybavení, čistota, denní perfektní úklid. Velmi milý a ochotný personál, se vším rádi pomohli a zařídili oč jsme poprosili. Výborné snídaně, bohatý výběr.

SOL by Meliá Benoa Bali All inclusive nabízí ubytování v tropické zahradě u pláže Tanjung Benoa. Pokoj byl krásně prostorný, všude uklizeno. Trošku nám ve vybavení pokoje chyběl příbor a talíře. Hodili by se nám na ovoce, které jsme si koupili u místních lidí ve stánku. U snídaní byl velký výběr, vše chutnalo moc dobře. Bez problému se nají i vegetariáni. Hned u hotelu je krásná pláž a pokud nemáte rádi moře, můžete se vykoupat v bazénu, který má i svůj bar. Přímo v hotelu si můžete rezervovat různé výlety. Ceny jsou adekvátní a co nás mile překvapilo, tak je to, že vše za nás zařídili a na nic jsme nemuseli myslet. Vše za nás řešili taxikáři či průvodci. My si jen užívali výletu.

I could honestly keep writing about what i liked but to sum it up; every attention to detail was taken from check in to room service dining and activities. The bonus of the focus and attention to looking after the children and making sure they had everything to hand and a separate pool for adults feel like it was predominately an adults only resort. The staff in all areas are exceptional the get the fine balance of customer service without intrusion. Food is a very high standard and good selection at the bars.
