Located in one of Asia’s largest sub-cities in the National Capital Region, Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Dwarka, New Delhi pays homage, in a befitting tribute, to the warmth of the capital city. I checked in several hours behind schedule, thanks to the incredibly bad customer service of Qatar Airways, who had not only destroyed my suitcase but to add insult to injury, had kept me waiting for over 2 hours to file a damage report. I was obviously not in a good mood. However, the hotel immediately sensed that and upgraded me to their nicest room as a way to ensure that I at least had a comfortable end to a long and stressful day. I cannot underscore just how much I appreciated this simple act of acknowledgment of my mental state and the generous act of kindness in such a situation. The room was obviously very comfortable and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious and full of options to satisfy every palate.

200 metres from the Universal Trade Tower, Radisson Gurugram Sohna Road City Center boasts of an easy access to the Delhi-Jaipur Highway. It features a fitness centre, spa and outdoor pool. The staff from the valet, security, front office and the f&b service team at the coffee shop. Helpful and knowledgeable! They make the hotel a special place. The hotel is ageing but clean.
