Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

This stunning beachfront resort is set on the beautiful strip of Punta Cancun and framed by the Caribbean Sea, where you can enjoy a white sand beach and clear-blue waters. Hyatt fulfilled my last minute request after having a horrible Airbnb experience. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and supportive. We has a grand time. Thanks again Hyatt!!

This Kempinski Hotel Cancun features 2 outdoor swimming pools, a spa and a private beach. It offers modern rooms equipped with an iPod docking station, CD player and cable TV. Everything, 1st the staff 9all of them) were amazing from the moment we arrived, wonderful service, warms welcomes everyday , they made the trip special and enjoyable. All areas of the hotel were very nicely kept, very clean and comfortable. Food, all restaurants were excellent.
