We had a stench issue with the room that we booked and we were immediately upgraded to a suite, an initiative from the hotel ! Thank you Rixos. The indoor pool and spa facilities for guests were amazing. Breakfast was superb.

Everything was great. The rooms clean, comfi beds, good wifi. Restaurant with delicious food, big variety of different hot and cold food, everyone could find what they want to eat. The staff was constantly going around the tables and took away the used plates, and clean the tables. It felt better then in many 4star hotels. The beach was great, enough sunbeds for everyone, and we really liked that we could use the sport gears for free. We played minigolf, tenis, get SUPs and waterbikes. Everything was about the guests, so we had a very relaxing holiday.

We would also like to thank Sanja, our cleaning lady, who kept our room spotless and was always so kind and respectful — her work added to the comfort and ease we felt throughout our stay. And of course, our experience by the pool was elevated by the exceptional work of Zoran, who made sure everything ran smoothly and that guests could fully relax and enjoy.
