Anastasia is a fantastic host. She is very detail oriented. For instance, she lit up all candles at sunset in hallway and seating areas. The room was spotless. The view incredible and the decors were displayed with much love and care . We would definitely return .

It is an amazing accommodation. Our studio was located on the top floor with a magnificient view onto the whole bay/sea. It was clean, well-equipped and comfortable with 2 air conditionals. It is a 15 min walk from the ferry and the enchanting city center and a 10 min walk from a crystal-clear beach, Mikro Neorio bay beach. There is no better and value-for-money accommodation in the area.

Big room with beautiful views, amazing location and friendly staff! We loved pretty much everything about it! The breakfast was tasty, the pool area was never too crowded, the rooms were cleaned daily, the little town of Megalochori was lovely and Agistri itself is absolutely beautiful. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay, relaxed to the max and would definitely come back :)

Highly recommend. Great apartment in a perfect location, off the main car street but still near the sea, supermarket, restaurants etc. with beautiful flowery shrubs all around. Utmost kind and welcoming staff, coming to clean every day and leaving small homemade treats 😊 They also did my laundry and didn’t want any charge for it. The apartment has all you need, kitchen, hair dryer, window blinds, mosquito net, safe etc.

Within 150 metres from the beach, in Askeli, Kostis Villas is set amidst a green-covered area of lemon and orange trees.
