The hotel is located in a quiet, forested area with a beautiful view of the sea. It’s a calm place, ideal for relaxing and getting away from the noise. It was rainy during our stay, which actually made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Everything matched the photos and descriptions. If you're looking for a clean, quiet place surrounded by nature, this is a solid choice.

What I liked: The location seems really sketchy when you first arrive but is actually not so bad with the beach and cafes/restaurants nearby. The room is as in the pictures and the bed is comfortable, the shower has good water pressure. If you think of it more as a cheap hostel private room booking then its not bad at all. The price is very good for what the room is, its the building thats the problem. If youre expecting a luxury relaxing getaway then book somewhere else. You can see the room before paying. The room was clean and the towels and sheets smelled nice. AC was working and we were provided extra blankets too. There was a drying rack on the balcony which was nice but no chairs or anything on the balcony.

Offering a barbecue and views of the sea, Iko's Family Apartments is set in Batumi in the Ajara Region, 450 metres from Batumi Archeological Museum. Free WiFi is provided throughout. The host was amazing. Very responsive and very helpful. He always replied instantly and helped us carry our luggages. Location is very good! Highly recommend

We had a pleasant stay, house was clean, the furniture was new and comfortable, hot and cold water was available all the time. Place was remote, far from the city centre, so it was quiet, nights were cool, balcony door had insect screen so it was peacefull too. Shared kitchen, washing machine was also present, dining room had air conditioning
