The apartment had all the needed facilities (also parking which is a bonus as parking can be difficult in any town in croatia). Would highly recommend staying here when in medulin!

The host was the best, we forgot a luggage there and he helped us with it. Kept it safe, tried to send it via courier, in the end a friend of ours went back for it after a couple of days. The facilities were great, very clean, has AC, parking spot, about 30min walk to the beach, 15min walk to lidl and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Staff is trying their best. Gym, swimming pools especially roof top one and terrace at the seaside. A bit difficult to get into the sea but still nice arrangement to relax. Apartments are extremely comfy and quiet. You can relax over the entire day without noise and people even though it is not a small hotel. Quietness is everywhere so just having fun. Americano coffee in the morning is perfect:) Small improvements needed making it even better place: - gym should be open with aircon earlier than from 9am officially, some hot up there resulting 30 C in the morning when aircon is left off over the night. breakfast is up to 1030 am so hectic a bit not to stay longer trying to recover after gym with shower. - things like safety at the roof terrace when entering the pool. there are tadpoles for cleaning feet which are difficult to notice when you walk by the pool enjoying magnificent view and a bit in darkness in late evening. You should mark it better. - food heaters during breakfast could help keeping warm dish warmer a bit longer - variety of fruit is needed plus more diary and dietary restriction food (vegan, allergic etc.) - more space for placing food for breakfast could help with logistics and no queuing.

The international staff maintaining the entire property are doing an excellent job — they are friendly, supportive, and attentive. The main manager also deserves recognition, as everything runs smoothly and efficiently; everyone clearly knows their role and responsibilities. There is convenient outdoor parking, as well as underground parking for cars. The on-site restaurant offers reasonably priced meals with very good food quality, making it unnecessary to leave the hotel grounds during your stay. I will definitely return to this hotel. My only recommendation: please do not raise the prices and continue maintaining this high standard — if so, you’ll remain one of the best hotels in the Istria region.

Moderně vybavená Residence Superior Del Mar se nachází pouhých 500 metrů od centra Banjole. Má venkovní bazén a pláž je vzdálená pouhých 200 metrů. Property is very clean. Apartment is very clean and very well equipped. Ac is in every room. I loved the balcony. You have a lot of activities for kids 2 pools,beach, animator, kids club,game room etc. There is also supermarket and restaurant. Location is close to everything. We managed to explore Pula and other beaches that are like 15 minutes away. 10/10!
