Said exceeded my expectations, he answered all my questions he even helped me park my vehicle in the garage and with our languages. The mattresses were new and comfortable, which really helped my back issues from the couple surgeries I had before.

In addition offered to take me shopping on his only day off in the week for the best deal the CUSTOMER SERVICE with this hotel is second to none! Oh, and did I mention how comfortable and cozy the bed is.
