The staff, location and area. Emanuel was really nice and helpful, always willing to help with anything, even when we bought water he offered to carry it for us in the room. The breakfast was amazing, everyday fresh fruit and amazing coffee. The place is very authentic and very nice. Also they kept our room really clean, changed the bedsheet everyday and moped the floor. I’d definitely recommned and I’ll definitely come back! 😊

They did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Paula is an incredibly warm and welcoming person and this creates a beautiful aura in the place. The bungalow we stayed in was comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. The huge advantage for me was the strong WiFi as I work remotely. Also, the swimming pools are really lovely. The whole residence has a very relaxed and serene atmosphere thanks to the amazing people working there who truly live out their passion for hospitality. The walk to the beach is just 2-3 min with lots of restaurants and bars. Overall, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Zanzibar!

Kitchen was well equipped, apartments were very clean, house cleaning took care every day. The balcony (I should say terrace as it is huge) and the rooms were furnished very nicely and there were mosquito nets for every bed. (However, when we were there in January there were only very few mosquitos). Furthermore, there were air cons and ceiling fans working well. Lots of different lights as well. Liked the bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable, All rooms had big window fronts as well as light blocking curtains. Also the terrace had white curtains, which is nice if you want to have privacy while using the terrace. It is a small complex with 8 - 10 apartments, so it is never too busy. This is also the case if you want to book one of the two beautiful pools for you and your company for an hour or two. Was very relaxing.

Situated a few steps from Paje Beach, UVIVU by Jambiani Villas offers a shared rooftop terrace and air-conditioned accommodations with a balcony or small garden, and free WiFi. The room was beautiful and we really enjoyed having our own kitchen! We very much appriciated the bottle of water served every day with the roomservice. THE BREAKFAST WAS INSANE. SO GOOD.
