Location was amazing, just a short walk from the main bustling area but just outside enough for it to be very quiet and peaceful during the night. Easy card/swipe access to enter the building and rooms after hours, and super friendly staff who were always happy to help answer any questions. Really happy with the stay and honestly nothing to complain about.

They helped arrange taxi pick up from airport, restaurant reservations, et al. It's everything you would expect from a property.

Our room was clean and comfortable! Each unit has a washing machine on the balcony, which is wonderful! Enough basic dishes and cookware to make your own meals. We bought an inexpensive dish drainer, a few more cooking utensils, and a couple of extra dish towels as we stayed for 10 weeks. Close to Lotte Mall with a large supermarket in the basement. Also, a small WinnMart down the alley--a few steps out the door. Try Jewel Diner down the road. Several bus stops nearby. The city busses are an inexpensive way to get around. We found that Google Map was usually very accurate in routes and times, often better than the Hanoi Bus app. We are headed back to Hanoi for another month and will stay at Joy Apartment Tay Ho again!

Spacious, clean and great location - nice to be out of the busyness of the Old Quarter but close enough to walk to. Our host Le was so helpful and lovely - she helped us with anything we needed from booking tours to providing support when our credit card stopped working. We really appreciated the exceptional service.
