Location, near to the cable car. Andrea very helpful, answered all questions. We had coffee, tea, toilet paper, sugar, salt, dishwasher tablets...all ready for a comfortable stay. Home baked cakes on arrival!

It was even decorated for Christmas:) The owner left a bottle of champagne as a welcome gift, which was lovely, and it was easy to communicate with him before and during our stay;) Great location ( 7-8 mins from the main gondola for Gerlitzen Alpe ski resort), very calm area (Bodensorf village) close to major supermarkets and some very nice restaurants;)

We liked the cleaness and the facilities of the apartmen. Everything was nice and tidy. In the beginning, we were sceptical about the heating, but it worked perfectly even for the semi wet gloves and ski boots. The host is great and always there to help. We were very pleased by the location of the apartment. Although quitness can depend on other guests in house but we did't have any complaints and stayed one more day.

A large living room, a nice balcony with mountain and lake view (on the side), the whole apartment well heated, easy access to the free ski bus (5 minutes walk to the bus stop, in front of a nearby hotel). A well heated pool, big enough for swimming, with clear water, with access from inside the lobby on the first level; all the walking, inside. They also have a large parking space. If you were expecting luxury, it is not, it is a quality/price ratio, clean and you have all the necessities in this apartment and additional facilities for parking, free pool, elevator, luggage transport devices (on rollers). Enough space, comfortable bed, sofa bed included, a large table in the living room. If you like to cook, this is the place for minimal meals :). And last but not least, a very good relationship with the boss of the agency Karin. She is intelligent, honest and proactive. We had to change the dates and we received an affirmative answer almost instantly. Good english speacker. Shops: Billa 7 minutes walk, Spar 15 minutes. Thanks Karin!

great location, extremely welcoming and friendly staff with a personal touch. clean rooms, big balcony to use. was a great stay also for a bigger group. the location is very convenient with many restaurants, bars, casino, Seebad and train station in walking distance.
