The property has everything you need. kitchenette and garden which made our time with our two young children. The property is minute from the beach and bus stops into the CBD. It is only a few minutes walk to the Main Street with shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Punthill Parramatta! The spacious room was impressive and provided plenty of comfort and relaxation. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciate the thoughtful utilities provided in the room, such as the washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, and even dishwashing liquid and sponges – it made our stay so convenient. The apartment was clean and tidy with plenty of room for two adults and 2 children. The beds were amazing ( that is including the sofa bed ). The apartment was fitted out with everything you could possibly think of to make your stay comfortable. Great location with free on site parking, and a little grocery store just round the corner or an IGA a few minutes drive up the road for any supplies you may need.
