Excellent hotel with a genuine view of the pyramids. The staff are very kind and welcoming, greeting us with drinks and smiles. They were always available to help, assisting with taxis and other challenges. The breakfast deserves special mention - the omelet so testy and falafel delicious

Our host Kareem was so helpful... he helped with a wonderful driver to go to visit sites and lots of recommendations along the way. I was worried about our driver finding the property early in the AM to make our flight and Kareem was up early to support us and ease my nerves. It was like staying with family and we will return.

Right next to the Giza Pyramids! View on the topfloor! Host Mohamed and his family were just awesome and so friendly! It was Ramadan and we were invited for Iftar, what an awesome experience! Also, we arrived late at night and had to leave early in the morning from and to the airport (4night-stay) and nothing was a problem! Mohamed arranged us a personal driver (Ahmed) and tour guide (Ahmed) and they were just awesome! It was a very pleasent stay and we are happy we came here! We are recommanding this to everybody!

Good location very close to enter the pyramids, beautiful view from the terrace. Everything was clean and toilet to share only with one other room. Best of all was the hospitality very helpful and thoughtful, coffee tea and water available and I was able to do very very late check out. Place where they want guests to enjoy and have the best stay. Thank you for all.

Perfect location, can see the pyramids from the roof top. Best service, especially my friend Lala helped us a lot. We had the best moments on the roof top with the locals on New Year’s Eve. It is one of my favourite memories in Egypt. Love the atmosphere here.

Ibrahim and his family are wonderful hosts. I have never felt alone during my stay, it was like to be at home. Ibrahim was always very supportive and helpful for everything. The view of the hotel is unbeatable, the food is amazing, it is really worthy. On arrival the excellent Yousiff - upgraded my room to a spectacular view overlooking the Pyramids. He personally guided me around Giza showing me where to get all the best foods and products. He even offered to take me clothes shopping in zamalek market! He is an amazing hotel manager. I also loved the company of Hummus and Noosa - incredible service and a fun experience!
