I liked the owner. He seems to be good person who genuinely wants to provide a good service to his guests. There has been some discussion in other reviews regarding the aircon, where one reviewer said this place was falsely advertised with aircon. I also assumed there would be one, since who in their right mind would offer an apartment without, in this area? Turns out, I forgot to check for this detail. There is an older version of aircon, called ceiling fan, which works well if you can leave the windows open, since there is a cool breeze during most of the day. The owner also provided an additional fan on request. Unlike in all other accomodations we had in this trip, the bathroom is big enough, especially the shower booth. WiFi was very good, too. The place is far enough from La Lineas hot spots that parking is a real possibility.

Great place, rented it for 7 days, should have had more. Spotlessly clean, everything worked Loads of cutlery, plates, knives and forks, and a super sharp knife The cooker alone was worth half the cost of renting, it's so good to be able to cook food from a super market, instead of eating out all the time Also had a washing machine, so di d a couple of loads

Absolutely recommend the place! The apartments is in the front of Gibraltar border. Very cozy, there was absolutely all you can need for a few days stay. Clean sheets, towels. Perfect view from the window! We will come back! 💕
