The only gripe was the postcode was not the address of the property. I rang sonya and she directed me in. Theres a foible with the various properties in the area which confuses you when arriving but sonya is an old hand at this and was waiting out the front to guide me in! Otherwise.. perfect!!

Stayed a few days in September for my birthday with my partner. Room is warm and cosy, and tastefully decorated to a high standard. Situated in a perfect location for local shops, restaurants, traditional pubs, and a short walk to the Abby. Not our first time staying at Cobbleview and certainly won't be our last.

Set in Whitby, 1.1 km from Whitby Abbey, Overdale Guesthouse and Free Parking is a family run accommodation.

Everything - a beautiful building, spotless, cute and comfortable room, quiet, enough space for 2, and, very importantly, free off street parking. We were able to walk everywhere but you need to be reasonably fit as the streets are very steep in parts. Jayne could not have been more welcoming and helpful, a wonderful host. Highly recommend.

With free Wi-Fi and free parking at the rear of the property, The Grove overlooks Pannett Park, just a short walk from Whitby town centre.
