My stay in this place was lovely. Staff is excellent, rooms are spacious and clean and the balcony with flowers is peacedul and incredible. I recommend it to everyone to have a great experience in Zakhynthos! Thanks Maria and Flilippo and also the housekeeper I don’t remember her name but she was kind at every moment :)

The host is very nice. The apartment is very clean and bright. There is lot of space in rooms. Kitchen fully equipped. We could see sunset from the balcony. Quite short distance to the beach. Many restaurants in the area.

The apartments are modern, clean and have everything you could need, with no extra charges either! Kyriakos and his family could not do any more to help and make us comfortable and we are so grateful. My dad has been going to Tsilivi for 10+ years and is amazed with the presentation and value of these apartments.

The studio was basic but had everything I needed. The rubbish was collected every day and bed and towels changed every 3 days. If is there anything you need don't be afraid to ask Maria and Fillipo. They are very nice and helpful. I found the mattress a bit hard for me but my sister found it very comfortable. When this happens I always fold a blanket twice and use as a mattress topper under the sheet and it works wonders. Its a trick I learn years ago. The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet place. Its within minutes from shops, restaurants and beach. I would say 5 minutes walking. The restaurants near by were very good specially Yum Yum restaurant.

We arrived to a great looking villa. The lady who welcomed us was lovely, she said we could get an upgrade, a seaview apartment. Wow! The balcony was so big and the view fantastic. I felt like a queen! Today we're leaving but have a late flight. Maria, the owner said we could use the room longer until we leave in the afternoon. These ladies work hard to keep the place looking as good as it does. Also the cleaning ladies do a great job, rooms are very clean and smell nice.

Surrounded by olive groves, Dionysia's apartments is only 200 metres from the sandy beach of Limanaki and a 5-minute walk from Tsilivi village.

Tucked away off the main street but a good location. We had a twin room right at the back of the property, it was on the 1st floor so had stairs to get up to it. But it was a lovely size room with a balcony looking towards the front of the property and the pool. Comfy beds and decent size bathroom. Nice to have hanging facilities on the balcony to hang wet clothes, towels etc. Great pool with plenty of space and sun lounges available. We had a car and managed to park in the laneway next to property. Walking distance to many restaurants and beach, although we used the car and drove to all the different viewpoints and beaches on the island. Great staff, always available to help if we needed. Absolutely loved our stay here.
