The best hosts I've ever had in my life, exceptional service, we felt like family, they took us to a Cuban night because we are Cuban, they prepared a dinner for all the guests, It was an unforgettable experience. They showered us with attention, even lending us their bikes to explore the area. In short, I highly recommend this place. If you want to meet Greeks, spend time with them, and feel like part of their family, this is the place for you. I'll be back with Yannis and Iliana every time I return to Malia. Everything, the facilities, the garden, kindness of host, Cristina-the romanian girl who was cleaning, always smiling and always trying to help, Nico the guy who helped us with the better option for transfer. Nice stay where i would like to come again.

Every single thing. The location was at the better end of the beach, water was clean with small waves. The hotel and the room were absolutely incredible, so clean and modern while being very comfortable. We had a room that opened straight out onto the garden, a few steps from the pool and restaurant. This was our fifth hotel room in Crete and was by far the best, so sad that we only had one night there. What really made the stay memorable was definitely the staff, from Elizabeth at reception, to Lula, George and all the bar staff. These guys work so hard and go out of their way to make everyone happy, they deserve recognition from their employer because they are a great asset to the business and demonstrate the very best in customer service.

Parthenis Beach is situated on the beach front in Malia. All suites have a balcony, with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. There is free Wi-Fi and free parking.

Sophia answered all of my questions before I arrived making coming to another country with no info so easy. On arrival our bags are taken to our room while we’re taken to the pool side for a free drink. The staff were extremely attentive and always so calm and happy. The attention to detail around the accommodation is so thought out even down to the staffs uniform matching the aesthetic and vibe which I loved! I saw a few reviews calming it to be “dated for the price” this is simply not true! The rooms are beautiful and are a perfect mix of Greek style that is dateless in my opinion! There isn’t a crazy amount of rooms so there’s always pool side cabanas and lounges for you to go to even in peak season ! I loved our stay and can’t fault this place. Easy walking distance to food and old town malia which is beautiful. Thank you Sophia and the team x
