The staff, from Manos the owner, Billy, Skye, Claire and the two cleaners were all very friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent and the overall service by all the staff was brilliant.

Everything was perfect. The apartment looked the same as the photos. It was close to the beach and great restaurants. Appreciated the dark curtains and always clean towels. The sunsets from balcony were beautiful.

This place is in a class of its own 👌peaceful amazing view ❤️and then there's the staff... I cannot parise them high enough... Mr.Mikalli who took it on him to book a rom for us in another hotel for one night, just because we did not read our booking well enough and after this delivered an outstanding service.. Mr. Kosta.. 🤷‍♂️I dont even know where to start🤔 this big greek with an friendly and inviting smile always, greeted us velcome and showed us to room 20🙏👌👌and was without a doubt, the best and most service minded person I have ever encountered.. And made our stay the best experience we have ever had. This place is adult only and its so much worth a wisit.. Thank you Minoas from the little fitnes guy and his soon to be wife in no20.. (i will never ever yell at Mr. Mikalils on the pone from the airport again 🙈🤦‍♂️😂)

The best hosts I've ever had in my life, exceptional service, we felt like family, they took us to a Cuban night because we are Cuban, they prepared a dinner for all the guests, It was an unforgettable experience. They showered us with attention, even lending us their bikes to explore the area. In short, I highly recommend this place. If you want to meet Greeks, spend time with them, and feel like part of their family, this is the place for you. I'll be back with Yannis and Iliana every time I return to Malia.
