If you’re travelling to Istria, you won’t find a better place to stay! Very tastefully decorated rooms, all absolutely new. Very tranquil. Cozy courtyard with a fully equipped kitchen. Fantastic breakfast with a breathtaking view, good coffee👌 Very polite and friendly stuff, immediately responding to any trouble. The Ladonja bar just a few steps away and is a big plus. You’ll have your breakfast there and during the day they serve snacks and drinks, in the evening it’s full and often has live music. You’ll also get a free parking card, that’s a great advantage, because the spot is on the beach and regular price would be 2€/h). 100% recommend and looking forward to coming back to Pikarin rooms🐬🩵

Such a perfect location, in the middle of the town center, with everything you need, nearby. The most gracious and kind hosts, welcoming us with so much warmth and always available for any questions we had. The communication with the host was perfect. We arrived earlier than the check in and we were allowed to do the check-in. My boyfriend had his birthday and the host sent us a bottle of wine. Very clean and great location. We received a 10% discount at a restaurant very near. We ate two times, very good food, I recommend it.

Host was very helpful, we had everything we needed in apartment. They provided us a crib for baby. Apartment is not that far from town centre, takes 5-10 min walk to get there. Room is bigger than it looks in photos

- exceptionally clean - very well equipped - solid quality, and very well maintained - you can tell someone is spending a lot of time keeping this place in top shape - friendly and attentive hosts - free parking card for the parking in town, good parking on the property - Vrsar is great; clean, with nice old town and good beaches and very convenient parking in the center - spacious, the picures do not do it justice, its large enough to stay there for a longer period Nothing to complain about. Spectacular apartment. We wish we could have stayed longer. We have been going to Croatia every year for >15 years and its among the best properties we have rented (best apartment hands down, and tied with some of the large villas we rented on other occasions).

The apartment was in a quiet area but near by the harbor where we could find lots of restaurants and shops. The old town was also few minutes walk. The beaches were 15-20 minutes far on foot. The apartment is cosy, modern with full equipments and clean. The owners were so kind. They were wainting us. I would like to return.

Fantastic location - minutes from the sea, superb restaurants, supermarket and an excellent coffee shop! Very quiet , Kati the owner is so helpful and very quick to respond . The property has a beautiful terrace to relax on off an evening.
