Calm and restful location, impeccable cleanliness, pleasant room, fridge, kettle, etc. huge terrace. Fantastic host: he informed us about Cinque Terre: where to park free, all villages in details, we liked especially his ratings of the places!:) On the last day breakfast on our request was served earlier, as we had to reach the ferry in Livorno. One of the best apartments we have stayed in. Close to La Spezia train station. Claudio is an great and extremely helpful host. He even kept our luggage so that we could go for the cinque terre hike as we arrived early. Can only recommend to stay here and enjoy his hospitality. We are definitely going to come back and stay here again.

Cozy, comfortable rooms (entire premises are beautifully and originally decorated with sea-themes).  Fascistic location (and great starting point to visit Cinque Terre). Staff is very kind and very supportive - Jagoda provided us with many interesting and supportive information as well as prepared delicious breakfasts. Great place to stay!

Location is superb - close to main train station, close to restaurants, bus stops, supermarket. Breakfast was very basic but for a very fair price and we were very happy with it as it was easy and very comfortable to eat in the lovely dining room with a beautiful view of the courtyard! The hosts gave us a lot of useful tips, - very accommodating hosts, real professionals with experience and the right attitude!
