The host Eleonora is the most welcoming and sweet person! She showed me around the town, gave good recommendations for dining and took care of everything. Especially I’m grateful for their help regarding the logistics when my train to Ancona was cancelled and all the other trains were delayed. Wonderful apartment, delicious breakfast and good central location are also something to be happy about.

The room is in a lovely spot, with a view over an historic quiet street and to the hills beyond. It is beautifully furnished, and amazingly clean and polished. It has a coffee machine and a mini fridge. The bed is really comfortable, a lovely firm mattress. Most of all the staff were amazing, really friendly and went out of their way to be flexible and helpful, even when we turned up unexpectedly. They really made us feel welcome and cared for.

Claudia and Susanna are wonderful, attentive hosts. They have created a beautiful set of three apartments with a central shared kitchen space. Our apartment overlooked the railway line, across to the other side of Porto Recanati, but this didn’t disturb us at all, thanks to the brilliant double-glazing. The most comfortable bed in our whole trip! Free bikes are provided to explore the town. Tons of information/ brochures/ leaflets provided to help make the most of your stay. Breakfast vouchers for Giorgio’s, the wonderful cafe in the main square.

The property is in a nice and quiet residential area, very close to a number of good restaurants and at walking distance from the beach of Marcelli. The beach of Numana can be reached by means of a free shuttle, but you can also choose to walk there as we diff (35 minutes). The house has a nice garden with a beautiful plum tree (and you can help yourself with the plums). The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The host is extremely nice and helpful. Overall, excellent value for money.

The breakfast was very italian, pretty cozy and nice things. The location is a little off the beach area, definitely possible to walk there, but car is recommended. A small kitchen area with a fridge shared among some rooms, so we brought home a lot of food for lunch or snacks.
