Great location, conveniently located between the train station and historic town. Some nice beaches in walking distance. Clean and spacious apartment. Italian breakfast (café and croissant) was served at a café next door. Be aware that it‘s a rooftop apartment and there is no elevator but the staircase is very spacious 😁. So better bring your partner to carry your luggage…

The apartments are brand new. Everything is renovated and the decoration is really nice. Its location, in the city centre couldn't be better. Francesco is very helpful and friendly, he answered all our questions and doubts. Highly recommend.

The check-in was really easy and the girl at the reception was really nice and helpful! The place is really well situated just few pass from the old town of Monopoli. Our room was absolutly new, bright and beautiful with a big comfortable bed.

The apartment was great! Giardino was amazing and helped us a lot with sightseeing tips in Monopoli — beaches, restaurants, and local food. The apartment is in a central location and even has a balcony, which made our stay very enjoyable.

Great view and the staff could not have been better! When they found out it was my birthday, they brought up a bottle of wine for my partner and I to share on the terrace. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
