I do not usually remain impressed by accommodations, but this one exceeded my expectations. The staff is AMAZING, better than in many 5* hotels. The villa we stayed in has everything you need for a comfortable stay (from cutleries to adaptors, etc). The breakfast is simply delicious with fresh juice every morning. The location is good, 2 minutes by car from one of the best beaches on the island (Intendance) and 7 minutes by car to one that impressed us the most (Bazarca Beach). Many thanks to Gregor and Dylan for their hospitality, help, and kindness! I would definitely recommend this location. Hope to go back one day.

We chose this chalet as it has an interesting jungle location, very good grades and a suitable price in the Takamaka area. Adam and Merlin (owners of several chalets in the complex) were friendly and open to advice and to help us (we were welcomed with juice and a huge plate of fruit, one day we were booked into a restaurant, we were also helped to get out of the jungle when we went on a trekking trail to Capuchins beach and got lost). On site, there is a swimming pool with clean and warm water which was very nice to swim in with a baby. We were also offered lovely complementary breakfasts for 15 euros (free for children under 12). We stayed at this hotel on Christmas Day, and were given a (free) Christmas dinner and gifts (this is something of a wow - how can this be). We felt like we were visiting our best friends who appreciated us very much. The great atmosphere from the owners and staff is unbeatable. We stay in an average of 50 different hotels a year (both private villas, houses and 4*-5* hotels) and in most hotels the owners or staff treat guests like water, not doing anything out of the hotels bounds, with strained smiles and standard requests (this is normal). We felt like long awaited and valued guests at this hotel. Fully recommended, a magical experience and unbeatable value for money where quality is so much more.

We had a very warm welcome as after 17 hours of travelling, Patrick, the host, ensured our room was ready even ahead of time. The villa itself i's truly stunning as it oversees the ocean. It is located on top of a small hill, a few minutes aways from the beaches. It is very peaceful and well equipped: we had the opportunity to help ourselves to coffee, tea, water and kitchen amenities. Common spaces are wide and comfortable. The deluxe double room is very spacious and panoramic. Patrick is a top host, we must admit, the best we had so far as he was extremely helpful and available, he made our stay the best it could have been. We are very glad we chose Charlotte Villa; everything was perfect and would definitely recommend it.

We were allowed to check in earlier than expected, since our flight landed very early. Very friendly and genuinely helpful hosts. We caught some fish, which they cleaned and made into a delicious dinner.
