The villa was amazing, very nicely designed and clean with excellent furniture. The private pool was like our own oasis I would definately stay again. This villa is especially good for families or those who value space and privacy. Fast Interent, easy for working. Many TV channels, big fenced garden with many flowers. Much nicer than the photos show, value for money unbeatable. There are some villas for rent close by that cost tree times the price and are very close together with no privacy. Here at Baan Lom Talay you have space around you ! The German owner Hans and the housemail are very attentive. We will return !

Upon arrival, the accommodation manager was waiting for us and showed us everything in the house. Our flight was very late but it was not a problem. The manager (Mr.Noom and his wife) were there for us every day. They prepared the breakfast every day and sometimes lunch or dinner. Whatevere we wanted we got it. It was absolutly amasing stay for us. I appreciate their servis and constant smile. Thank you !

Everything. The huge room on the first floor that overlooked the pool, which we had to ourselves. The fabulous breakfast (three choices, American, Continental or Thai) delivered fresh to your room each morning by the friendly staff. Bottled water in the fridge each day. The receptionist always on hand to help, with a smile. Taxis/ Tour guides found this place hard to find but the receptionist wrote down the address for us in Thai. A little bit up a hill but well worth it. A hidden gem in Koh Samui 🥰

It is difficult to start writing and praise everything as it was. First of all, I would like to praise the waitress Nina and the entire staff of the restaurant. The villas are located in an extremely quiet location with the most beautiful view on the island. All the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We would especially recommend a restaurant that offered traditional Thai cuisine prepared in a traditional way at extremely reasonable prices. This is a place where we will surely return many more times.

The villa was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The photos shown were accurate. There were several eateries that we could get to by walking along the beach. Although there is some construction going on, there is still beach access and a stretch of beach to play at. There is also a grocery store within walking distance. The pool was a reasonable size and clean. The showers had good water pressure. We enjoyed our stay there.
