The property is located in a peaceful and beautiful village setting. We could watch rice fields and buffalos directly from our balcony. Hoi An is 2-2.5 km away from the property and is easily reached on a bike, motorcycle, or scooter with a short, scenic ride through rice fields. The nearest beach is also approximately 2km from the property. The room and the whole property are nicely decorated and the bed was extra comfortable. The property staff prepared excellent breakfast every morning, helped us arrange a taxi from and to the Da Nang airport, and with renting a motorcycle. They were very welcoming.

One of the best places we stayed at in Vietnam. Very clean, comfy beds. Excellent breakfasts and coffee. It's great to have that little garden by the river, it has some shade and 2 hammocks there. Dao, the host, speaks English and has amazing organizational skills; she makes it very easy to book excursions, buses, or find a tailor for the best price. Actually, the whole family of hosts is amazing. They shared button snails with us and taught us how to eat them. It's very popular in central Vietnam. It was great fun! Although the place is quite small, I found it to be very inspiring for doing some remote work on my laptop there.

Everything was great. Location close to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfy, room very clean and cozy, big cozy balcony full of plants, huge delicious breakfast. And Tram is the best host in Vietnam :)

This Villa is so cute and beautiful. We liked our comfortable room with pool view. The breakfast is delicious and you are very close to the beach. The owner was just amazing. So helpful in every situation. The accomodation is very authentic and a lovely place. It was perfect for our first night in vietnam after a long flight.
