The lovely welcome by the owners, the old Japan feel about the house, peaceful nights on comfortable warm futons. We stayed 3 nights and hired bicycles and rode out to Obi area.

We had a wonderful time at the Little garden. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. The room is very spacious and convenient (you have your own washroom and toilets). The hosts are really nice people and they helped us a lot when we encountered an issue with our cash card. I am really grateful for their help! The view is amazing and so relaxing. There are many places to visit around.

The owners were incredibly lovely, they welcomed us quite late but we still had time to order dinner, which was delicious. We had the singapore-style chicken and it was amazing. The hospitality made us feel like long-lost friends - it was really incredible. We had breakfast there in the morning and they even made the bread themselves, it was soft and fluffy but toasted to perfection. After that, we felt more than ready for a long day of exploring the coast. I would definitely recommend staying here. However, as indicated in the booking, showers are shared. It is also slightly noisy with a large road nearby and some train tracks. Bring earplugs :) 100% would stay here again.

The owner is an absolutely passionate surfer and loves to gives lessons. If you Like Surfing stay here, you will love it.

The entire apartment was clean and amenities were really good and new. The surroundings was really quiet and nice.

SHIRAHAMA BEACH GARDEN adalah tempat penginapan tepi pantai yang terletak di Miyazaki, 3.2km dari Aoshima Shrine dan 4.5km dari Kodomo-no-Kuni. The beach cottage is bright, charming and comfortable. Right on the beach and has a spacious porch for sitting. We enjoyed grilling one night with meat a local service delivered. A pleasant stay- I’d recommend.

Honestly we love it, we love homely lived in places with soul and this place had that. After a few hours we were wishing we had booked another night or two. John Paul is wonderful and friendly and made us feel right at home. The neighbourhood is quiet and the view is just gorgeous. Highly recommend.
