Located in Black Rock, a few steps from Plymouth Beach and 2.7 km from Mount Irvine Bay Beach, Birdie's Nest offers a private beach area and air conditioning. Prince was the perfect host and went out of his way to ensure that we made the most of our stay in Tobago. He helped with recommendations of what to see around the island, where to eat, car hire and helping sort out our transfers. The apartment was really clean and comfortable. The location is great overlooking the sea with some of the island's best restaurants in walking distance (Seahorse Inn and Fish Pot). We loved swimming in the pool while looking out over the ocean. It was great to stay within the community in a friendly family-owned guesthouse rather than a big anonymous hotel. I really hope to come back to Tobago and stay here again.

Set in Parrot Hall and only 2 km from Englishman's Bay Beach, The Victory Villa offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. There's a lot to like, and love, about Victory Villa, but my favourite would hands-down have to be the view. You have an amazing view of Englishman's Bay framed by lush tropical rainforest, and you have a tranquil mix of birdsong and waves to complete the picture. Sitting by the pool taking the view in was sheer heaven. All the hummingbird visitors are a close second. The proximity to the Main Ridge tropical forests, and the ample bird feeders around the property meant that you were treated to several daily shows of all these vibrant hummingbirds feeding, my photos don't do them justice, you have to experience this for yourself!

Set in Scarborough, Shalom apartment offers accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. This apartment provides air-conditioned accommodation with a... Shalom apartments provided us with a home from home. The accomodation was clean and spacious. The pool and garden were very private, humming birds visit the garden. Access to the highway is a short drive away and the main town within walking distance. Ronique our host was outstanding and helped us hire a car. She made our two week holiday a very special time. Shalom apartments are ideal for both couples and families. Tobago is a bird watchers paradise and I would thoroughly recommend Shalom Apartments as a base to explore the island. Above all, the apartment is in a very quiet residential area unlike much of the holiday accomodation on offer on the island. Thank you Ronique, you are a fabulous host.

Offering a terrace and lake view, Alibaba‘s Seabreeze is located in Castara, a few steps from Little Bay Beach and 300 metres from Castara Beach. Castara and the whole of Tobago are like the Greek islands before the tourist influx from the 2010's. Peaceful bliss on a balcony overlooking (not even 10 metres) one of the most scenic beaches I have seen in my life. Simple wooden construction provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the Caribbean lifestyle. It is not for people who enjoy superficial luxury.

Boasting a patio with mountain views, a private beach area and a garden, Castara Inn can be found in Castara, close to Castara Beach and 600 metres from Little Bay Beach. The staff was very kind and the accessibility of the landlords was given at any time. The whole apartment was great, perfect to enjoy a sweet time. The quite big, tasteful furnished bathroom gave us even Spa vibes. The seaview from the terrace was amazing, perfect for morning coffee, reading or relaxing after beach time.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, CC Best Villas Tobago is located in Lowlands. The property features quiet street views. It was lovely. Cozy and minimalistic. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked just fine. Emphasis on how cleanly the apartment was! The hosts were so inviting. The backyard is beautiful and filled with fruits they love to give away to patrons. I will be definitely booking again.
